We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Release Manager
with strong hands-on expertise in
Salesforce deployments, release coordination, and environment management
. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with
Salesforce Flows
, release processes, and the end-to-end deployment lifecycle within complex Salesforce orgs.

This role will be responsible for managing releases across multiple environments, ensuring quality, stability, and timely delivery while collaborating closely with development, QA, and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Release & Deployment Management

  • Own and manage the
    full release lifecycle
    —planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing releases across Salesforce environments.
  • Handle
    deployments
    using tools such as
    Change Sets, Metadata APIs, or DevOps tools
    (Copado/Gearset/Flosum preferred).
  • Ensure
    consistent environment management
    , including sandbox refresh cycles and environment readiness.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
  • Maintain release logs, deployment documentation, and compliance controls.

Salesforce Configuration & Flow Expertise

  • Create, modify, and optimize
    Salesforce Flows
    (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, etc.) to support business automation needs.
  • Collaborate with Admins/Developers to validate configuration changes before deployment.
  • Perform impact analysis for changes across components (flows, objects, automations).

Quality, Governance & Process Control

  • Define and enforce
    release standards, best practices, and governance guidelines
    .
  • Work with QA teams to ensure test readiness and smooth validation cycles.
  • Conduct release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement across release processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA teams, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
  • Communicate release timelines, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth go-live transitions with minimal post-release issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of total experience
    , with
    minimum 4 years in Salesforce Flows and deployments
    .
  • Strong experience in
    Salesforce release management
    and multi-environment deployments.
  • Experience with deployment techniques:
    Change Sets, ANT/Migration Tool, DevOps tools
    (Copado/Gearset/Flosum preferred).
  • Good understanding of Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Permissions, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
