We're looking for a
detail-oriented Ad Operations Executive
who can execute high-performing ad campaigns and fuel our customer acquisition engine. This position centers on
driving flawless campaign execution and performance optimization
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad campaign execution across channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation, and supporting the growth team in driving measurable results.

If you love working with ad dashboards, setting up campaigns, testing creatives, and optimizing performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage
    Ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Linkedin Ads
    .
  • Handle campaign creation, targeting setup, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaigns daily to ensure
    optimal performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions)
    .
  • Support the growth team with
    A/B testing
    and creative experiments.
  • Use
    Hubspot CRM
    and marketing automation tools to integrate campaigns with lead funnels.
  • Ensure
    accurate tracking & reporting
    with dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Desired experience of 2 - 3 years
    in Ad operations or paid campaign execution.
  • Proven expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads
    .
  • Background in
    B2C businesses
    (edtech, healthcare, or service-driven industries preferred where ).
  • Knowledge of
    Hubspot
    or other marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of
    appointment booking funnels
    and customer acquisition flows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Saket, Delhi

Working Days:
6 (Tuesday to Sunday, Mondays are weekly offs)

Timings
: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
