Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying software defects, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest quality standards before release. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure smooth product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and analyze system requirements, user stories, and business processes.

· Design, prepare, and execute detailed test cases based on specifications.

· Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Identify, document, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

· Re-test and verify bug fixes, ensuring that reported issues are resolved.

· Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues.

· Prepare test summary reports and provide feedback on product quality.

· Follow QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer.

Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

Familiarity with bug/issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Mantis).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
