Job Title: Software Test Engineer (QA) Location: Pune, Onsite Experience: 1 Year (Hands-on, real project experience) Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are hiring a Software Test Engineer (QA) for a Fintech/BFSI project in lending services. This role is only for candidates with exactly 1 year of proven hands-on QA/testing experience. Freshers or candidates without real project exposure will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, sanity & smoke testing on web & mobile applications.
  • Create & execute test cases, scenarios & bug reports. Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA.
  • Validate critical workflows like loan applications, EMI calculations, and candidate application forms.
  • Work closely with developers, BA, and product teams for bug resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of STLC & defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile + web application testing.
  • Proficient in writing test cases, scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Exposure to lending services / BFSI domain is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, EMI formulas, reporting).

Eligibility:

  • 1 year of QA/testing experience (manual & mobile).
  • Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/MCA (IT/CS) or equivalent.
  • Based in Pune or willing to work onsite.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Freshers/Interns/Training-only candidates will not be considered.
