Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Captain,Steward,Runner at our Hyderabad location. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing food and beverage offerings within our esteemed establishment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service is a mandatory skill, essential for ensuring satisfactory dining experiences and addressing guest needs effectively.
- Food and beverage management is a mandatory skill for overseeing service operations and ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Team leadership capabilities to motivate and guide staff towards achieving collective organizational goals.
- Experience with POS systems to facilitate efficient order processing and financial transactions.
- Proficient in conflict resolution to address and resolve customer and team grievances promptly and amicably.
- Time management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining optimal service standards at all times.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe dining environment.
- Experience in inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee table service operations ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a seamless flow of operations and order fulfillment.
- Manage and train service staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and team synergy.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all areas are compliant with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues.
- Facilitate communication between guests and culinary team to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, assisting with end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Support inventory management activities by conducting periodic stock checks and preparing requisition orders as needed.
