
Sales Executive

Proven experience in channel sales, particularly in the FMCG, hygiene care or healthcare sector
Strong understanding of the hygiene care product range and competitors' products esp Sanitary Pads, Wipes, Diapers, Underpads
Identifying and onboarding new distributors in Bihar region
Creating a pool of channel partners/retailers/counters for stocking our products and sales
Managing their performance, and ensuring strong product distribution across an assigned territory
Meeting sales and collection targets, maintaining product availability and stock hygiene at retail outlets
Executing promotional activities, analyzing market conditions, and building strong relationships with channel partners and retailers
Deliver primary and secondary sales targets, focusing on both volume and revenue goals for the assigned territory
Oversee stock levels at distributor depots, control credit, and manage damage/expiry to ensure complete product range availability
Plan and execute sales and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
Conduct market and competitor analysis (SWOT) to identify opportunities and challenges, and use MIS reports to track performance and gaps
Track and monitor the performance of distributors and their sales teams, implementing corrective actions to improve execution and address infrastructure gaps
Review product visibility at retail counters and ensure proper merchandising and redistribution processes are followed
Proficiency in negotiating with distributors to secure better terms and drive sales performance
