Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Noida. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation, conducting user research, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines and user needs.

Requirements -

  • Plan and implement new designs.
  • Optimize existing user interface designs.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
  • Always strive to deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).

  • Test new ideas before implementing them.

  • Detail-oriented & critical thinking ability.
  • Good knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Problem-solving and client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI designs.

  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows.
  • Detail-oriented & critical thinking ability.
  • Problem-solving and client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI designs.
