Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Windows Imaging Specialist to design, capture, customize, and maintain Windows operating system images tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Windows deployment tools, OS configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, customize, and maintain Windows operating system images for enterprise deployment.
  • Capture custom Windows images using industry-standard tools (DISM, MDT, WDS, Sysprep, etc.).
  • Integrate drivers, updates, patches, and security configurations into Windows images.
  • Automate image deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for imaging procedures, scripts, and configuration standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for imaging-related issues during deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Windows OS versions, updates, and deployment technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Windows OS installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as DISM, Sysprep, Windows ADK, MDT, or WDS.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of Windows Registry, Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Experience in driver integration, patch management, and application packaging.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good documentation and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Windows imaging, deployment, or endpoint management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
