Role Overview
The People Development Manager – India will align global strategy with local execution, ensuring employees have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive. This role focuses on scaling the organization with a global mindset, enabling exceptional talent, and driving a culture rooted in positivity, inclusivity, and accessibility to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
People Development & Growth

• Own and develop adoption of e.l.f.U across teams.
• Identify skills gaps and collaborate to develop tailored training programmes, and career development plans.
• Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support career progression.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
• Educate, facilitate and embed the high performing team framework amongst all employees and teams

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
• Champion high performance teamwork, company values, the one team, one dream mindset, and embed them across all teams.
• Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the workplace is collaborative, respectful, and inspiring
• Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources is preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Work experience in People, Culture and L&D will be preferred
