Job Description

Job Overview:Hiring for Recruitment Executive to manage the recruitment process .The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and hiring top talent, possess excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for assessing candidates' fit within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source, interview, and select candidates.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ in person interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate the hiring process, including offer letters and contracts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team.Requirements:
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle confidential information.Preferred Skills:
• Should be able to handle bulk hiring or niche recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR software and systems.
