We're looking for a passionate Marketing Executive who can help us strengthen our brand presence, attract customers, and grow our chai-loving community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and footfall across outlets.

Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.

Collaborate with designers and agencies to create promotional materials, videos, and digital creatives.

Work with the operations and franchise teams to coordinate in-store promotions, events, and seasonal offers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Support influencer partnerships and local collaborations to build brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.

Assist in managing digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimizing ROI.

Help organize local events, chai festivals, and brand activations.
