SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for payment-related functionalities.
  • Conduct  functional, integration, regression, and API testing across backend and frontend systems.
  • Validate Swift message formats (MT/MX) or payment gateway integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand system architecture and requirements.
  • Perform  end - to - end testing of payment flows, including reconciliation, settlement, and transaction processing.
  • Participate in requirements reviews, ensuring testability and quality standards are met from the start.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of QA/testing experience in SWIFT and Payment Gateway..
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies ,  SDLC, and  STLC .
  • Exposure to Swift messaging protocols (MT/MX) or working knowledge of payment gateways.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g.,  JIRA ,  TestRail ,  Zephyr).
  • Basic understanding of database querying (SQL).
  • Good understanding of transaction processing systems and financial workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
