Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technology Strategy Lead or Digital Strategy Lead to guide and execute transformative strategies that leverage technology and digital solutions to drive value for our clients. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technological expertise, and exceptional team management to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders and leading high-performing teams through complex, high-impact initiatives. Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee strategic roadmaps and initiatives that harness technology or digital innovations to create measurable business value.
- Framework Development: Employ first principles thinking to design and implement frameworks and methodologies that address complex business challenges.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions and present actionable recommendations.
- Executive Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and insights to c-suite executives and senior stakeholders, articulating complex strategies with clarity and influence.
- Business Case Development: Lead the creation of financial, quantitative, and qualitative business cases to support initiatives such as IT transformations, process improvements, and digital innovations.
- Financial Analysis: Guide the development of financial models, budgets, and ROI assessments to enable informed decision-making.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional client engagements, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Coaching and Development: Mentor team members, promoting professional growth and elevating their performance.
- Client Relationships: Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with c-suite executives, demonstrating thought leadership and strategic impact.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to client development and expanding the firms presence in the market.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the advancement of service offerings, practice frameworks, and industry thought leadership.

- IT due diligence and integration/separation strategy leadership.
Qualifications
- MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a similar field preferred; a BA or BS in Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines is required.
- At least 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, or senior corporate strategy roles.
- Proven ability to deliver transformative results in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated success in managing teams and mentoring talent.
- Expertise in crafting strategic roadmaps, building business cases, and conducting financial analysis.
- Outstanding communication and executive engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire c-suite stakeholders.
Pluses:
- Previous leadership experience in IT or Digital Strategy, including value realization and operating model transformation.
