About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled & motivated Senior Analyst – Global Procurement to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on the process within Circle K's Procurement function, where the responsible person will drive different Procurement savings improvement initiatives using Analytics, while always collaborating with global stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvements

  • Build highly impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insights

  • Provide data driven inputs for different Procurement savings initiatives and other adhoc tactical analytics support using Ignite Procurement, PowerBI and/or Excel

  • Leverage Procurement S2P process knowledge and Analytical skills to be the sparring partner of senior stakeholders for savings initiatives to generate actual results, constructively challenge the stakeholders and drive the projects from start to finish as and when needed with regular follow-up and prioritization of activities

  • Clean and organize datasets for analysis and visualization using statistical methods; verify and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data

  • Generate ad-hoc analysis for leadership to deliver relevant, action-oriented, and innovative recommendations

  • Convert data-driven insights into action-plans for continuous process improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and provide analytical insights

  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks

  • Mentor junior procurement staff and provide expertise on complex procurement issues

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline, having 5+ years of work experience in an analytics role related to Procurement/Sourcing

  • Excellent English communication, project management & independent stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power-BI, knowledge of Ignite Procurement tools will be an added advantage

  • Proven track record of process improvement, savings generation & efficiency enhancement in Procurement operations

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in ERP and procurement tools (Coupa/Ariba/SAP/Ignite/Sievo) preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of Analytics

  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Python, Data Engineering

  • Understanding of Negotiation tools like eAuction, Clean Sheet Costing, TCO model, Kraljic matrix etc

  • Knowledge of Finance and Supply chain management concepts such as Working Capital, Supply Chain Financing
