Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with senior BAs and sales teams during pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements.

· Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and estimation documents.

· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

· Translate client needs into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.

· Support the cost and effort estimation process with research and initial calculations under the guidance of senior team members.

· Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.

· Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.

· Conduct market and competitor research to support solution recommendations.

· Maintain consistent client communication and assist in project handovers to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

· 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services company (web, mobile, or game development domain preferred).

· Good understanding of pre-sales, requirement gathering, and SDLC.

· Knowledge of estimation techniques (effort/cost estimation) — practical exposure preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
