We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support across the organization, handling daily office tasks, and coordinating various internal processes. The ideal candidate must be efficient, active, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office and Vendor Management:

o Oversee daily operations of the office, including supply management, maintenance, and cleanliness.

o Coordinate with facility management and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities.

  1. Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

o Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  1. Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives across the organization.

o Track and report on the effectiveness of sustainability programs and suggest improvements. o Collaborate with departments to promote sustainable practices and align with company goals.

  1. Project Support:

o Support various projects and initiatives by assisting with documentation, communication, and coordination as needed.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and completion of administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Any UG/PG graduates with relevant experience in the domain is also considered.

  • Female candidates are preferred.

  • Should have maintained at least 60% above during the entire academics.

  • Good communication skills are mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
