Manager/Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee office budget, expenses.
- Ensure office facilities, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Hiring, onboarding, and training administrative staff, security guards, bouncers.
- Supervise and coordinate all vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency .
- Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office administration software.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Remuneration: This will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
