We help businesses scale with skilled developers across multiple tech stacks — and now we're expanding our Digital Marketing team to strengthen our online presence, branding, and lead generation efforts.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and create engaging posts, reels, and stories.
  • Write clear and compelling content for posts, blogs, and case studies.

Performance Marketing

  • Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (optional but preferred).
  • Track campaign performance and improve ROI, CTR, and lead quality.

SEO & Website Management

  • Perform on-page, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
  • Optimize website pages for better ranking and traffic.
  • Coordinate with developers or designers for landing page improvements.

Lead Generation & Email Marketing

  • Run targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, , etc.
  • Help drive leads for staff augmentation and IT services.
  • Manage CRM data and track conversions.

Brand Building

  • Create marketing collateral — brochures, case studies, presentations.
  • Support video content creation for company updates and hiring.
  • Collaborate with the founder and sales team for marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & trends
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Social media management
  • Canva / Figma
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest)
  • Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Email marketing tools
  • Good communication & content writing skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to think visually
  • Basic video editing skills (bonus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (IT industry preferred)
  • Understanding of B2B marketing & IT service branding
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Instantly, Buffer, Hootsuite)
