Job Title: Backend Developer

Aim: Ship reliable APIs and services in that are secure, observable, and bug-free.

Core tasks

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs/services in + Express; write clean, modular code with tests.
  • Implement auth, input validation, error handling, logging/metrics; harden endpoints against common OWASP Top 10 risks.
  • Use queues/caching (e.g., Redis), MongoDB/SQL proficiency (indexes, transactions), and performance tuning (p95 latency, throughput).
  • Ship via CI/CD, container basics (Docker), environment-based configs; follow 12-factor-ish hygiene and Node best practices.

Must-have

  • ~2 years in with Express in production; solid HTTP fundamentals.
  • Practical error handling, async patterns (Promises/async-await), and API versioning.
  • Basic cloud literacy (any major cloud), Git discipline, unit/integration testing.

Good-to-have

  • Auth patterns (JWT/OAuth2), rate limiting, idempotency keys; observability (metrics/logs/traces).
  • Familiarity with background jobs, message brokers, and security scanning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
