We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on setting up and maintaining templates for client communications. You will play a crucial role in delivering seamless, visually appealing, and effective email templates and front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize email and web templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work extensively with React and Redux to build interactive and reusable UI components.
  • Demonstrate strong JavaScript fundamentals to troubleshoot and enhance front-end functionality.
  • Ensure best practices in email setup, design, and deliverability to maximize client engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and onsite teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Document processes, updates, and best practices for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and trends and quickly adapt to new tools and languages.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with strong core concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with React and Redux frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of email design, setup, and deliverability standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
