Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver full-stack web and mobile application projects built on
, React Native, Ruby on Rails (RoR), and PostgreSQL
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Agile project delivery, cross-functional team management, and stakeholder communication
. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring
timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business requirements
.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

·       Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with business and technical goals.

·       Manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

·       Ensure adherence to the "Building Block Approach" for modular and scalable development.

Team Leadership & Coordination

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers , React Native, RoR), QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps.

·       Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

·       Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and ensure smooth team collaboration.

Stakeholder Management

·       Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

·       Gather requirements, manage scope, and align client expectations.

·       Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and communication updates.

Quality & Risk Management

·       Monitor deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.

·       Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.

·       Ensure
security, scalability, and performance
considerations are embedded in development.

Process & Documentation

·       Establish and enforce project governance, best practices, and documentation standards.

·       Maintain project artifacts including requirements, design documents, release notes, and user manuals.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

·       
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP/Agile certification preferred.

·       
Experience:
6+ years in project management, with at least 3+ years managing web and mobile app development projects.

·       
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of , React Native, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, REST APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

·       
Tools Expertise:
Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms.

·       
Methodologies:
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum; familiarity with DevOps culture.

·       
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.

Key Competencies

·       Proven ability to deliver complex web/mobile solutions on time and within budget.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Experience managing distributed/remote teams.

·       Adaptability to dynamic, fast-changing business environments.
