About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Project Manager
to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT/software projects, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress using
    JIRA
    and other relevant tools, ensuring transparency.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint reviews with team members.
  • Maintain clear communication between clients, teams, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager
    in IT/software development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in PMP, CSM, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams.
