Job Description:|

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
  • Support data migration, integration, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and suggest improvements
  • Document solutions and user guides
