Role Overview

As a Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Shattbhiksha Designers Pvt. Ltd. You will handle all marketing activities, client interactions, and customer relationship management. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, marketing experience, and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to promote products and services.
  • Handle client inquiries, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in field activities, meetings, and promotional events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Work across different modes – full-time, part-time, remote (work from home), and on-field.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
