Your Role: Mobile App and Observability SDK EngineerThe Product development team in VuNet is responsible for creating highly scalable products for our customers and delivering excellent customer experience. We are seeking a Mobile App and Observability SDK Engineer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile application development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native) with hands-on experience in debugging, profiling, testing, and crash analysis .You will be instrumental in building high-quality mobile apps and helping shape our Mobile Real User Monitoring (MRUM) initiatives — capturing and translating mobile performance data into actionable insights.If you're passionate about performance, user experience, and learning how observability systems work from the inside out, this role offers a unique blend of mobile engineering and telemetry innovation .

Roles & Responsibilities- Mobile Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Implement unit, integration, and UI testing strategies to ensure application quality, stability, and regression coverage.
- Debugging & Profiling:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ANRs, crashes, and memory leaks using tools such as Android Studio Profiler, Xcode Instruments, or Flipper.
- Crash Analysis & Reporting:
- Integrate and utilize crash analytics tools for incident tracking and resolution workflows.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights:
- Use telemetry, profiling, and analytics data to improve app performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Observability Collaboration:
- Work with SRE and backend teams to export performance metrics, logs, and traces from mobile clients into centralized observability platforms.
- Code Quality:
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices in mobile development and SDK maintenance.
Mandatory Skills (3–6 years experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin (At least worked in 2 or more.)
- Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, UI rendering, asynchronous processing, and state management.
- Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and testing mobile applications using built-in or third-party tools.
- Experience integrating and using crash analytics/reporting tools
- Familiarity with mobile performance optimization (ANR handling, memory management, network latency, etc.).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and SDK versioning.
- Keen interest in observability, monitoring, and performance instrumentation — with the willingness to learn OpenTelemetry and RUM concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset with attention to performance and reliability.
- Exposure to OpenTelemetry SDKs or other instrumentation frameworks for capturing telemetry data (traces, metrics, logs).
- Familiarity with mobile observability backends.
- Knowledge of session replay, user behavior tracking, or mobile analytics SDKs.
- Understanding of SRE principles, monitoring best practices, and golden signals.
- Contributions to open-source SDKs or mobile performance tools.
