Material Handling & Inventory Control

  • Receive and verify raw materials, mechanical components, electrical parts, and consumables used in air dryer manufacturing.
  • Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, and Material Issue slips.
  • Manage storage of parts like:
  • Filters
  • Valves
  • Pressure gauges
  • Refrigeration components
  • Compressors & spares
  • Electronic controllers
  • Sheet-metal fabrication parts
  • Ensure accurate stock posting in ERP/Tally/Inventory software.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

B. Store Organization

  • Maintain proper binning, labeling, stacking, and location mapping of all items.
  • Ensure 5S standards in the store: clean, organized, and safe.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels.

C. Coordination

  • Coordinate with Purchase for follow-up on pending materials.
  • Work closely with Production Planning to ensure timely material availability.
  • Support Quality in handling rejected materials and vendor returns.
  • Assist with dispatch & logistics coordination when needed.

D. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of inward/outward materials, stock ledgers, consumption reports, and stock variance reports.
  • Prepare daily stock updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documentation (if applicable).
