1.To control overall activities of stores department

2.Reporting to In-charge stores.

3.To ensure both quality and quantity of materials recieved from vendors

4.To maintain proper records like - Vendor bills, issue register, ERP entry, Requisition etc.,

5.To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement ofstock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fied inrespect thereof.

6.To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing then the stock level approaches the maximum limit.

7. To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage inappropriate places.

8.To reserve a particular material for a specific user when so required.

9.To issue materials only in required quantities againstauthori&ed requisition notes'material lists

10.To check the book balances,with the actual physical stockat frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues.

11.Production schedule adherence in material issues.

12.Follow with purchase team on pending requisitions.

13.Maintaining of minimum stocks for long lead items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
