Reports To: Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our customized digital worksheet packs and other products across schools. The sales executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with school decision-makers (principals, heads of department, curriculum coordinators), and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to make a real impact in the education sector by offering resources that enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to primary and secondary schools within your assigned territory.
  2. Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with school stakeholders to present our customizable digital worksheet packs.
  3. Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the value, features, and benefits of the customizable digital worksheets for different subjects and year levels.
  4. Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with educators and school administrators.
  6. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from schools to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the education sector or EdTech products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to explain technical or digital products to non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Basic understanding of how schools operate and the needs of educators.

Familiarity with digital tools like tablets, projectors, or educational software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Previous experience selling to schools, especially learning resources or curriculum support materials.
