JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to building a strong foundation in software quality assurance. This role is designed for individuals at the start of their QA journey who are looking for more than just a testing job — they want to grow into well-rounded quality engineers capable of contributing to robust, scalable software systems.
As a Junior QA Engineer at Capillary, you will be part of a collaborative, high-impact QA team responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our enterprise-grade loyalty platform. You'll gain hands-on experience with both manual validation and automation testing, as well as opportunities to explore API testing, data validation, test case design, and backend verification.
This role supports some of our most critical US-based enterprise clients, which means your work will directly contribute to real-world client implementations and platform go-lives. To support this, the role follows an evening shift schedule aligned with US business hours — giving you a unique opportunity to engage with cross-functional global teams and understand client expectations firsthand.
What sets this opportunity apart is the breadth of learning and exposure. You'll get to work on cutting-edge technologies, interact with modern QA and DevOps tools, and contribute to solving complex challenges in digital loyalty and customer engagement — an industry with growing global demand. You'll also have the chance to learn from senior engineers and leads who will guide your professional development and help you build a strong career path in QA automation, performance engineering, or test strategy.

- Participate in UAT cycles and support client teams in issue resolution
- Document test plans, results, and checklists in a structured and reusable format
- Continuously improve testing efficiency by suggesting small optimizations or enhancements
