Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or structural issues).
  • Handle minor repairs and report major maintenance issues to management.
  • Ensure security of the premises by locking/unlocking doors, monitoring access, and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas, including sweeping, watering, and minor landscaping.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with local regulations.
  • Assist residents, staff, or tenants with basic facility-related needs.
  • Monitor supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and organizational policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,815.00 per month
