The caretaker will help maintain structure, hygiene, and emotional calm across home and terrace environments, following clear, step-by-step protocols under parental guidance.Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingSupport his structured therapy activities such as coins, beads, compressions, and light workoutsFollow behavioral handling protocols exactly as instructed (training provided)Maintain a calm, predictable environment and help prevent escalation during behavioral stressEscort him for walks or car rides (only if a licensed, reliable driver)Keep his personal spaces clean and organized (bedroom, bathroom, terrace)Occasionally assist younger siblings with small daily routinesRecord and report daily observations to parentsCandidate Requirements Gender: Male preferredAge: 18–30 yearsEducation: Minimum 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Language: Hindi (English not required)Experience: No prior autism care experience required – full training will be providedPhysical Fitness: Must be fit and active; medical fitness certificate required before confirmationVerification: Police verification is mandatory before appointmentID Proof: Must possess valid Aadhaar card and Voter IDPersonality: Calm, patient, disciplined, and able to follow structured instructionsDriving: Two-/four-wheeler license preferred (for rides)Lifestyle: Non-smoker, non-drinkerWork Environment & Support Work primarily within home and terrace premisesParents/siblings present or available by phone for supportCCTV monitoring in place for safety and accountabilityStructured routines and full guidance providedCompensation & Growth Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month depending on education, attitude, and reliabilitySalary increment based on trust and long-term performanceStable, respectful, long-term employment with growth in therapy-based caregiving
