About Us:

At TWF Flours, we're focused on building a brand that brings high-quality specialty flours directly to consumers. We're looking for an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to join our team and take ownership of growing our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and optimize the store to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue.

● Drive online sales by overseeing and implementing e-commerce strategies across ads, organic search, and other channels.

● Lead catalog management, ensuring high-quality product listings with optimized images, descriptions, and pricing to enhance user experience and SEO performance.

● Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, drive traffic, and improve customer retention.

● Conduct regular audits on store performance, analyzing key metrics to track growth, identify improvement areas, and report results to senior management.

● Take ownership of revenue targets, actively strategizing ways to reach and exceed monthly goals.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience managing Shopify stores, preferably within a D2C/ product based setup.

● Strong understanding of traffic-driving channels, including ads, organic search etc.

● Familiarity with cataloging best practices and a keen eye for detail to ensure product information is accurate, engaging, and complete.

● Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
