Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist / Listing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing content, handling online advertising, coordinating with sellers, and driving sales growth across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listing & Optimization


• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.


• Write engaging titles, bullet points, and descriptions with keyword optimization.


• Upload product images, ensure compliance with platform requirements.


• Update pricing, inventory, and product attributes regularly.

  1. Advertising & Campaign Management


• Create and monitor Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC campaigns).


• Optimize ad performance to increase ROI and sales.


• Track daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

  1. Sales & Growth Management


• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.


• Identify new opportunities to boost visibility and conversions.


• Manage product reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve brand reputation.

  1. Seller & Vendor Coordination


• Contact and onboard new sellers/manufacturers for listing products.


• Maintain strong communication with existing sellers and coordinate for pricing, stock, and dispatch.


• Resolve listing errors, account issues, and other operational challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:


• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).


• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, product listing, or Amazon management.


• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.


• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.


• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
