Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team in Vellur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime and possess a sound understanding of basic accounting principles. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to grow in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as purchase entries, invoicing, and ledger maintenance
  • Process accounts payable and receivable using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Support month-end/year-end closings, including audits and inventory updates
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and core accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge of GST, invoice processing, and banking procedures
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
  • Good communication skills in both Tamil and English
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
  • Tally certification or relevant software training is a plus

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
