1. Position: Machine Operator

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machines efficiently.
  • Ensure machines run smoothly and maintain productivity.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the machine area.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 10th pass and above
  • Prior experience in machine operation (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to understand basic machine operation processes
  • Good attention to detail and safety awareness

2. Position: Helper

Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators in daily production activities.
  • Handle loading/unloading of materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and support the workflow on the shop floor.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and support production targets.

Qualifications

  • No minimum education requirement
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment

  • Take-home Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹16,000 per month
