We are currently seeking a Senior Platform Developer / Engineer (Dynamics 365) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Design and deliver features and enhancements across CLIENT's platform estate with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 while integrating with HCL Commerce, Magento, Sterling OMS/ViM/Configurator, and Liferay.

Responsibilities:

Build Power Apps, plugins/workflows, PCF (React/TypeScript), and customizations (solutions, forms, entities, relationships) in Dynamics 365/Dataverse.

Implement Field Service capabilities: D365 Service/Case, Dispatch & RSO, Copilot, FSM/Canvas apps (offline/online), Field Service portals, Connected Field Service, and related AI features.

Extend adjacent platforms:

HCL Commerce / Magento: modules/extensions, API integrations, GraphQL/REST, performance and caching.

Sterling OMS + Call Center / Sterling ViM / Configurator: order orchestration customizations, adapters, UI tweaks.

Liferay DXP: OSGi modules, portlets, theming, fragments, SSO integration.

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for NON-PRO PRO promotions with automated tests and approvals.

Integrate with enterprise services (identity, messaging, data); ensure performance, security, and supportability.

Produce technical specs, deployment guides, and support runbooks; mentor juniors.

Requirements:

5-8 years building on enterprise platforms with substantial Dynamics 365/Power Platform delivery.

Hands-on with Power Apps, plugins/workflows, PCF React/TS, and customizations; strong Dataverse skills.

Practical Field Service experience (Dispatch/RSO, Copilot, offline/online Canvas, portals, Connected Field Service).

Experience on at least one of: HCL Commerce, Magento, Sterling OMS/ViM/Configurator, Liferay.

CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and environment management for NON-PRO/PRO; strong debugging and documentation.
