Job Description SummaryResponsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.Job Description

The candidate shall be responsible for following.

Project Integration Management


• Give Support to execute Civil / Structure Project Strategy


• Give Support to execute Civil/ Structure Change management

Project Scope Management


• Takes ownership on Civil/ Structure Turnover Packages (CTO) hand over.


• Ensure completion of works to the satisfaction of customer based on technical approved drawings, specifications.


• Takes responsibilities in closure of punch points if any produced by internal and external stakeholder such that project miles tones are not affected.


• Focus on do it right, the first time.


• Ensure the monetization of work done at site to meet the agreed company billing targets from Customer, while maintaining the sub vendors billing with regular reconciliation.

Project Time Management


• To ensure proper inputs for the Civil /Structure Site Time Schedule (STS) based on design construction sequence.


•To ensure proper inputs for the follow-up and revising of the Civil/ Structure Specialized Structure Schedule per contract.


• Manage on site progress monitoring and assessment of time to complete up to CTO.

Project Cost Management


• Give required inputs to Support to Root Cause analysis of all no budgeted costs to Project Manager Civil.

Project Quality Management


• Take responsibility for civil quality control inspection process (CTO, FQP check, customer handover) in a manner that there are no or minimal punch points in this regard.


• Take responsibility on checking of compliance of construction with scope and quality requirements.
• Actions and inputs on civil punch list item up to the PAC. Project Procurement Management


• Give Support to preparation of technical conditions of subcontracts for all extra works.


• Give Support to evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation of civil subcontracts.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction management

It would be preferred if the candidate possesses a relevant experience of 7-10 years in similar nature of works and job description.
