Position: Real Estate Salesperson

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Days: Work every day except Wednesdays (off)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Salesperson to join our on-site sales team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 to 12 months of real estate sales experience who is ready to grow, meet clients daily, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients on site
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available units
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers
  • Follow up with leads promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Handle sales and negotiations
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Ensure the sales office and show units are always presentable

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of real estate sales experience (leasing or residential sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain proactive throughout the day
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Must be reliable and committed to the full-time schedule
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Needs to speak Kanadaa, Marathi, Hindi and English
