Sr. Incharge

The Senior Incharge - Production is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process to ensure efficient, timely, and quality manufacturing output. This role involves supervising production teams, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as necessary.

Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff to improve productivity and maintain discipline.

Analyze production data and prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and issues.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

Troubleshoot production problems and escalate issues as needed.

Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to prevent production delays.

Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production machinery and equipment.

Coordinate with R&D and process engineering teams for the introduction of new products or process modifications.

Enforce housekeeping and safety policies on the production floor.

Handle shift handovers and maintain effective communication between shifts.
