- Conduct security assessments and threat modelling for identity systems.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into hybrid environments.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to AD and Azure AD.
- Proven experience with AD and Azure AD security.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure Security Engineer).
- Advanced experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD Connect, and Conditional Access Policies.
- Expertise in implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles and modern security frameworks.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools for identity management.
- Experience with identity governance and compliance, including regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
