Roles & Responsibilities:Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant

  • Interact with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Design customized domestic and international holiday packages (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transport).
  • Provide expert destination knowledge and suggestions based on customer requirements.
  • Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Close sales and follow up for post-sale support and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, travel restrictions, and product offerings.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Travel Consultant
:

  • Handle VIP/high-value clients and complex itineraries.
  • Train and mentor junior consultants.
  • Coordinate with operations and vendors for smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years (Travel Consultant) / 3–5 years (Senior Travel Consultant) / 1–4 years (Sales & BDE) experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel software (Amadeus/Galileo/Travel CRM is a plus).
  • Passion for travel and deep knowledge of destinations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
