Role Description

The Chief AI Officer (CAIO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. The CAIO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI strategies to achieve the organization's goals. This includes leading AI research initiatives, managing teams of data scientists and AI engineers, establishing AI-driven solutions, and aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives. The CAIO will also collaborate across departments to ensure the successful integration and adoption of AI-based technologies while ensuring ethical standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
  • Experience in software development, data science, and AI technology implementation
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and governance practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership or executive role with a focus on AI initiatives
  • Familiarity with emerging AI trends and industry best practices
