The Opportunity We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers with 3 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate – Field Sales to join our rapidly growing team.

This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for real estate and a drive to exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 Proactively generate and convert leads from both existing and new clients/business partners.

 Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets related to client calls, meetings, site visits, and revenue.

 Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.

 Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various outreach and promotional activities.

 Drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's strategic business goals.

 Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale satisfaction.

 Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.

Key Requirements

 Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.

 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate – Field Sales is mandatory.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
