About the Role:

ZSkillUp is expanding its corporate partnerships division and is looking for energetic and goal-driven Fresher / Entry-Level candidates to join our team in Pune or Bangalore. This role involves managing corporate relationships, understanding recruitment needs of companies, and driving placement success for our trained learners across multiple high-demand domains. You will be working closely with the Training, Sales, and Placement teams while acting as a crucial link between learners and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Relationship & Engagement:

  • Assist in building, managing, and nurturing long-term relationships with HR teams and corporate recruiters.
  • Understand hiring requirements and align them with the profiles of our upskilled learners (Tech, Non-Tech, Digital, etc.).

Stakeholder Management:

  • Learners: Guide learners through the entire placement lifecycle.
  • Corporate Partners: Maintain regular communication, share relevant profiles, and fulfil hiring expectations.
  • Internal Teams: Coordinate with training, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth placement workflows.

Coordination & Operations:

  • Schedule interviews, assessments, company visits, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain updated trackers, CRM/MIS records, and placement dashboards.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders.

Performance & Outcomes:

  • Work actively toward monthly placement and corporate acquisition targets.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned corporate accounts.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Any Graduate or Post-Graduate.

Experience:

  • 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Skills Needed:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven approach and excellent follow-up ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/MIS tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Location : Work From Office - Pune/Banglore

Compensation Structure:

Freshers (0 years experience):

  • Stipend: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (first 6 months training period)
  • Post Training CTC: 4 LPA – 5 LPA based on performance.

Candidates with 0–1 Year Relevant Experience:

  • Annual CTC: 4 LPA – 5 LPA (Based on interview & experience)
