About the Role:

Hatch Project Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute compelling design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong leadership, attention to detail, and innovation—creating designs that communicate brand narratives effectively and inspire engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for brand campaigns, digital content, packaging, social media, and marketing materials
  • Lead and mentor junior designers; provide feedback to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present and articulate design choices
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
