Role Description

As a
Graphic Designer
at Spine Infratech, you will play a pivotal role in building our brand story. You will create digital and print designs that resonate with people, from social media visuals and marketing campaigns to presentations and brand collaterals.

This role is designed for
young, passionate creatives (0–2 years of experience)
who live and breathe design, and who see the world differently, through colors, forms, and layouts.

Role Accountabilities

  • Create high-impact visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • Between
  • Assist in building the company's design library, templates, and branding assets.
  • Experiment with typography, layouts, and styles to produce fresh, original designs.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing, branding, and digital campaigns with a strong creative voice.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to align visuals with project stories.

Qualified

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internship or portfolio-led entry acceptable).
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory if talent is proven).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates
    raw creativity, originality, and strong visual instincts
    .
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • But
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and typography,
    more by instinct than by training
    .
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a design-led environment.
