Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up on them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing.
- Follow up with existing customers for upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide market feedback for improvement.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
- Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., insurance, telecom, real estate].
- Good Communication Skill.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
