Job Description – Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (Angular, CI/CD, Azure , WPF - Mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on with modern full-stack technologies, and is comfortable managing technical delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to bring new features to life,

while also ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. This role also includes

stakeholder interaction, support coordination, and technical leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Delivery & Leadership

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for application modules — from planning to production.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Full-Stack Development

  • Build and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
  • Develop scalable APIs, implement secure authentication, and optimize database queries.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability through clean code and modular design.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as required.

Agile Execution & Collaboration

  • Work within agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Take ownership of story grooming, estimation, and prioritisation of technical tasks.
  • Coordinate with QA and DevOps to support CI/CD and release pipelines.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Participate in testing cycles and pilot rollouts to triage issues and provide resolution.
  • Investigate and fix production issues, providing root cause analysis and solution documentation.
  • Engage with internal users or stakeholders to understand issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
