We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of MSS Change Business Analyst - Global Markets

In this role, you will  

This role requires a hands-on Business Analyst / Project Analyst to work closely with the MSS IMM Models Project Manager supporting analysis, planning and execution of high complexity, large scale projects from definition to closure.  They will support the end to end business analysis, planning and delivery of one or more projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits.The split between project management support and business analysis is expected to be 50/50 respectively and preference will be given to candidates with project analysis and delivery experience, preferably in counterparty credit risk,  market risk or XVA.Support the delivery of key projects within the IMM Models PortfolioSupport information gathering, analysis and documentation of the 'Current' state where requiredSupport preparation of the design and documentation for the projectSupport the implementation of the projectSupport each programme workstream and impacted user group in effecting the transition from implementation into Business-As-Usual

To be successful you will:

Experience of working on a global programme.Capital Markets knowledge is beneficialRisk and Front Office Domain knowledgeGood communicator and the ability to build relationships with desk / trading heads /Risk is a must.Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) – OptionalPMP certification and/or Prince2 Practitioner – OptionalAny relevant local banking qualifications such as ACIB (Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers) – Optional
