Job Role- Interior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of
  • work.
  • Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design
  • specifications.
  • Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and resources at the site.
  • Maintain proper site documentation including daily work reports and material usage.
  • Resolve on-site issues, escalate critical problems, and ensure timely solutions.
  • Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with company standards at the site.
  • Manage workforce, assign tasks, and track productivity.
  • Support project managers in achieving deadlines and quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out / site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Flexibility to work as per site schedules (including weekends).
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
